New coving and flooring in a food production facility
This food production facility in South Wales was looking to replace a tired, worn out polyurethane floor. The coving was broken and needed replacing. GNR supplied and installed a 4mm MMA Decor floor and new coving.
Project summary:
The client wanted a flooring solution that offered a hygienic finish for this food ingredients facility. The existing floor had become porous and difficult to clean. There was also substantial pooling at one end of the room. In addition, the coving was broken and needed to be replaced throughout. The client had a very tight deadline for the installation of the new floor so that it did not interfere with production. We addressed the issues of pooling and provided a non porous, seamless floor that could withstand forklift traffic.
